The Canon of Scripture
The writings of the Holy Bible that the Bible Commentary Forever upholds as Holy Spirit dictated are the original writings as written by the Holy Bible writers chosen by God the Father.
The sixty-six books considered part of the Holy Bible canon are translated into various current versions, including the American Standard Version (ASV), officially Revised Version, Standard American Edition. We utilize the ASV Bible translation along with the 1881 Westcott and Hort text (The New Testament in the Original Greek) and the Codex Sinaiticus as the closest Greek resources to the original writings. From these, we produce an updated ASV e-text of the New Testament, which we refer to as ASVh (ASV Helping Bible Commentary Forever).

The Holiness of Scripture
We uphold all these sixty-six books compiled in many current Holy Bible translations as dictated in their original script by the Holy Spirit to willing writers. We hold that God the Father wants these books to be part of our Holy Bible, so that all humans, living today and in the future, can learn from and meditate on the Holy Word and become closer to Him. Additionally, we believe that no more books should be added to the Holy Bible Canon, nor should any additions or changes be made to the current sixty-six books outlined here. This Holy Bible Canon, allowed by God the Father to be put down, forms the Holy Bible that He desires humans to have for today and for generations to come. The Bible Commentary Forever is a commentary on the New Testament writings of the Holy Bible. The comments we wrote, along with the Holy Bible verses, are the result of our meditation on the Holy Word, with the help of the Holy Spirit’s gift. These comments should be viewed solely as a tool for understanding, not as Scripture itself. We encourage each believer to meditate independently on the Holy Bible, guided by the Holy Spirit, and use this commentary as a resource for understanding the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God. This way, they can gain knowledge that will enable them to further grow in their faith with the help of the Holy Spirit.
