Introduction to the Gospel of John

Authorship of the Gospel of John.
The true author of the gospel is the Holy Spirit, who gave what to write to the right person here, John the son of Zebedee, the apostle.
About John’s Gospel. The Gospel of John has placed many gaps of time between verses. All readers must link the verses carefully; some will relate to chapters before, and some will look to chapters after; the Gospel of John is unique. The Lord uses this gospel in talking to a different class of people. The same verse in this gospel also in another gospel has trouble. For example, another gospel has the same event but is incomplete, and this gospel will help to understand that event in the other gospel. Still, in another gospel, we can use John's gospel to fill the gap in that gospel as well, and also in this gospel, many gaps have opened the way for all to meditate and seek help from the beloved Son of God to understand. John's gospel emphasizes glorifying the beloved Son of God; in this gospel, John has taught the trinity of God clearly. Anyone who has questions about Trinity should come and seek the answer from John's gospel.
